The Powder Technology Center is the technical core of our company.
It solves various problems encountered on the production lines related to powder engineering for a wide range of industries such as foods,
battery materials, chemicals, etc., and also provides services such as powder testing, product development, and small-batch trial operation.
The Powder Technology Center has a variety of actual powder-handling equipment,
which can conduct different types of powder-handling equipment and production line equipment test.
By applying the test results to the construction of production lines,
it solves process problems for customers in various industries and deliver effective solutions to customers in need.
Having multiple types of actual equipment, it can carry out a series of tests that simulate actual production conditions. We select the appropriate equipment for testing according to your production needs. It includes various testing equipment for mixing, drying, pulverizing and classification.Among them, the testing equipment for pneumatic conveying can simulate a maximum test distance of 300 meters, and in addition to the number of bends, the test height can be freely set according to needs. Real-time analysis is performed during the test, and an analysis room is set up to analyze raw materials and post-test product data.
Moreover, the testing center has independent testing rooms and conference rooms, and we ensure to keep customer's privacy fully confidential.

Building 3 is equipped with mixing and drying testing equipment, micro-level and nano-level pulverizing and classification testing equipment, and air-conditioned testing rooms.
